Warranty

Trailers sold by NT Trailers are covered by a structural warranty for 12 months (3 months for commercial use). This warranty covers defective materials or workmanship but excludes wear and tear items like jockey wheel, bearings, tyres, wheels, and brake pads. The warranty is void in cases of improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, or external damage.

Inspection and Maintenance

Regular inspection and maintenance are crucial. Upon receipt, check the following:

• Bending, breakage, or leakage
• Safety chain
• Lights and wiring
• Tyre pressure and condition
• Any abnormal noise or vibrations

Check wheel nuts every 100km and apply grease to hubs every 1000km or every 3 months.
